Customer service was fantastic! I put in a order online to pick up a few birthday begals at 10:30am. I planned to walk a mile around 9 am then enjoy my bagels after, but the indoor track wasn't open to the public this week?! I explained this to the lovely young lady and she said "not a problem, I'll get your order started now"! No attitude, just happy and joyful! She asked if I wanted to come in a wait and I did. Update: They’ve improved a lot on consistency! Much happier with my bagels now. — — Ordered a toasted sesame lox sandwich with chive spread, Received a plain, untoasted bagel with plain cream cheese :( Didn’t feel like turning around and waiting to get it fixed. But three blunders in one order is pretty annoying. Especially at that price point. Make sure you check your order closely before you walk away, they’re clearly not paying attention back there.
Great bagel spot especially on Saturday and Sunday when they have egg bagels
This is usually my favorite bagel place in Chicago for a magnitude of reasons. First, they are one of the few places that have a garlic bagel outside of Einstein bros.
