Waited 45 minutes for a an evaluation that took less than 5 minutes. Staff seemed lost in trying to set up an appt. for dental implant. Office person was eating her sandwich while setting up the appt. Decided to go with another periodontist, called and tried to pick up my x-rays 2 weeks after the initial appt. Office manager left me on phone for 10 minutes, then told me my visit was never submitted to the insurance company.
