At their sterling location yesterday,I went to pick up my kitten. My first visit there was august 1st. Everything was fine until they handed me my kitty. Than the owners son came out and told me he didn’t appreciate me calling him an idiot last time. I told him he had the wrong person, I didn’t call him an idiot at all! Do a good job for spay vaccinate. However for wellness check we reserved a time and then had to wait 3 hours and watched them take in pets that arrived after us. Spent a very short time checking out our cat.
