We loved our experience with Tim Steiner and his team for our master bath and kitchen remodel! This began when he gave us our first consultation and cost estimate. We got four estimates. His was not the lowest, but it was the most detailed. It was also over what we wanted to spend. So he worked with us to cut some costs out that got us closer to where we wanted to be without sacrificing the overall vision of the project. This involved design and build to convert an unfinished basement to a fully finished living space with a full bath and utility/laundry room; demo, design, and build an all-new kitchen and ground-floor bathroom; design and build a new winding staircase connecting the basement, kitchen, and driveway; and replace the treads on the stairs from the ground floor to upper floor. When we first met the owner, Tim, it was clear that he'd be attentive to our needs and fully understood the scope of our project, from an engineering as well as aesthetic perspective.
