I wanted to spend $15000 on a new heating system. I contacted Steiner Heating a number of times for a quote. Its been 5 months and they still have not called me back. When I call back to see what the problem is I'm told I am on the list. Its crazy how a company that is so poorly run could still be in business. Save time and go with a different company. All I have to say, is make sure you are communicated to clearly on ALL the cost associated with hiring a technician with this company.... I appreciate you coming to an agreement and resolving the matter. I think, work ethic, and honesty should be forefront of any small business if you wish to build clientelle and keep them. ...

Called them many times about AC repairs, got multiple different excuses as to why I never heard from them and always told that my name was put on top of the list again. Still waiting on a call back. If you don't want to work then don't lead people on.

I contacted Steiner through my landlord for a drainage issue in my apartment. They came in the morning unprepared and said will be back with the proper tool to fix the bath tub. Never seen or heard any words after they left. It matters when they do this on fridays prior to weekend.
