I wanted to spend $15000 on a new heating system. I contacted Steiner Heating a number of times for a quote. Its been 5 months and they still have not called me back. When I call back to see what the problem is I'm told I am on the list. Its crazy how a company that is so poorly run could still be in business. Save time and go with a different company. Bought a hot tub a few years back from Steiners. From the start, Chris, Carla and team have been great to deal with and recently have gone above and beyond to help with a minor issue with the hot tub that happened over the holidays. I highly recommend anybody looking at purchasing a new hot tub to go and talk to Steiners. Having someone local who can help you out “in a pinch” is worth its weight in gold.

When Ryan called you, you weren’t on the phone for more than three minutes before you asked for a credit card number. He didn’t even get to his inquiry. He was looking for a quote on some parts that is all. You told him to find someone else if he didn’t put up the credit card info FIRST.
