They don’t prioritize customer service here. I called in early to mid July to try to schedule a service appointment. They tell me that they’ll give me a call in the next 2 weeks to schedule. Nothing. In August I call again to follow up. Am told that 100% I will receive a call within the next week. Then again nothing. At this point it has been over a month of clearly not being a priority in the slightest. I am disappointed and will be looking elsewhere with my business.

Nick is highly professional, and Steiner has consistently done its best to be on time whenever an emergency arises.

I wanted to spend $15000 on a new heating system. I contacted Steiner Heating a number of times for a quote. Its been 5 months and they still have not called me back. When I call back to see what the problem is I'm told I am on the list. Its crazy how a company that is so poorly run could still be in business. Save time and go with a different company.
