Had my Santa fe serviced in late Dec. Had the water pump blow up 6 days later whilst 105ks from home. Pump seep hole had caked on coolant indicating pump was about to let go for a long timw, which should have detected during the 160000k service. Brake fluid was at half, not replenished during service. Airfilter waz dirty not replaced during service. Windscreen fluid said to be topped up during service but was still only 1/3 full.
