I could not get a straight answer the guy was very rude aggressive. He did not give me his name he did not tell me what the balance was and when I told him I'm not even aware of this account he was very sarcastic and condescending.
I called to speak to one of your attorneys just to get some basic information and to get some questions answered about a lawsuit. The attorney I spoke to was very rude and just seemed annoyed by the conversation. Definitely wouldn’t recommend using this law firm because they don’t seem interested in actually helping people
