I own an older Nissan Murano with 56,000 miles. I had problems when I returned from vacation and the whole audio/visual system wouldn't work. I took it to my Nissan dealer and at first they were ordering a part. Never got back to me so I kept calling and I was finally told they don't carry that part any more so I was out of luck.
