We visited this cute place the day after valentines for my boyfriend's birthday, he got a simple tungsten ring, we were greeted and well taken care of by the nice lady that was there (I've forgotten her name, but if she sees this I apologize for forgetting!) She was so sweet. Knowledge and funny, we got the ring my boyfriend wanted, he is happy with it! We'll for sure visit again the next time we're in Monterey!
6 years ago I purchased a Tamara G ring with my birthstone and I was so thrilled. Unfortunately, this year I had an issue with the ring. When I reached out to get assistance I received the best customer service, and from DeAnn, the associate who I purchased from! That says something that she is still with the business and I could not believe she remembered me and my mom! That type of customer service orientation I do not take for granted.
