I purchased a ring from Steinback jewelers back in July of 2023. There was an issue with my local FedEx center and had my ring stolen. I quickly contacted the store and Deann worked diligently to work out a solution to get me either a refund or a replacement. My heart was set on getting a similar ring. DeAnn was able to get my ring recast after a few months of searching for the perfect stone. I received my ring and I couldn’t be happier. If I am ever back in Monterey I will happily give them my business again!
