Would never buy an RV here again. $140,000 Forest River Cherokee Artic Wolf fifth wheel delivered with cupboard damage, doors not closing, trim not lined up and told its normal for an RV after travelling 100 kms to get to me. Finally got it fixed after several calls. Several warranty issues with the unit on the first trip. Sales stops responding after the sale. Update... As of late January my mpi claim has finally been complete. Once my review was brought to the attention of Whitney at Steinbach trailer, the process was finally moved forward. I will still say that it is unfortunate that it had to take a bad review in order to be acknowledged, but I will change my rating from 1 star to 3 because of the effort made to rectify the situation. Hopefully they figured out what the root of the problem was and have changed it for further complications with others. I will leave the rest of t... read more
