As of today my MPI quote has still not been processed, brought my trailer in, in August 25, and it has been 4 months. not that I haven't followed up almost every 2 weeks, each with the response that it was just waiting for itemization and would be done in a few days. Back story... brought my trailer in mid August, I had noticed water damage and found out I had a puncture to the roof. wanted to know what it would cost to get it fixed.... after a few phone calls asking them to look at it they finally said it would cost 8000-10... read more
