Got nails for the first time here as I wanted nice nails for my anniversary day. But the day after I had to go back in to get some nails fixed, and they did which is nice BUT a week later 3 nails fell off. I’m not strenuous with my nails. Very disappointed that some fell off a week later! Will not be returning
The manicure looks lumpy and is starting to chip after a couple days. Don't trust the good reviews.
This place is extremely dirty, I noticed they did not even sanitize the towels they heat up and just run them under water and stick them back in the heater neither are the tools used. My young daughter got her first manicure and color and has an infection in her finger. BEWARE.
DIRTY TOOLS! Nothing felt/looked clean. I asked for my gel to be removed but refused most pedicure steps due to concern over the clearly used files and dirty-looking tools. They still had the audacity to charge me $45 for a total of 10 minutes in the chair. Hoping I didn't catch anything.
Very rudely when I asked to fix design both toe’s same husband and wife very mean no professional behaviour
