Walking in there with my 7 year old son, the man who owns this acted so friendly.. knowing my situation I’m going through I didn’t even use his unit at all…. Paid 220$ asked for a refund literally the next day.. and he sent me 44$ back stating he would “think about giving me the rest” when proceeding asking for my money back for other needs he told me “well you had money when you came in here” very very rude individual, I wouldn’t ever do what this man has done to me or probably has to others, I’ve heard lots of bad reviews ... read more
Was with them for over 12 years. Ive used multiple storage units across Canada and rudy and Betty have been the best. Highly recommended.
Words can’t express how grateful I am for Rudy and Betty. We arrived at 3 in the afternoon on 2 Aug Friday before the long weekend. We just packed up my mom and brother’s house items and drove from Dauphin. It’s hot we are all tired. I had family show up to unload the U-haul. At the time we rented one storage unit, only to find out that that was not big enough. I called and thankfully Rudy answered. I was looking for Betty but she was busy.
