Ed and Kristie are fantastic. Ordered what we wanted. They did not try to sell us what they had in stock on their lot. Customer care is too notch.
My go to rv supply location
Purchased a 2017 Sportsman travel trailer. Would like to call out Andrew in Sales, Kristie in Finance, Patrick in Service and Paul in Deliveries who all provided outstanding service, care and attention to our questions and concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure that our unit was in tip top condition.
Took the RV in for minor warranty work. Dave is amazing! Also requested a roof reseal which was done by them at no cost. Absolutely amazing service man (sorry, forgot his name). From the purchase with Patrick to Dave and the service guy. Hats off to you all at Steinbach Holiday RV & Marine. Definitely would recommend you 100%. Jim & Laura
Parts staff very unfriendly and not welcoming,felt as I was an inconvenience. They were rude to me when explaining what part I needed-will not return in the future!
