Where can I begin to explain the displeasure and incompetence of this group of service staff and company. I made an appointment back in March to have my RV seen april 13th to have the air conditioner and exterior lights and covers looked at. It sat in there camper yard for 3 weeks after my original appointment date with no progress or movement I had to call 7 TIMES to get them to look at the camper as water started trickling in the main master bedroom sitting in their yard.
