The hygienists are great! I was here a year ago because my crown fell off. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Stephen Le Roux. During the procedure he was chit chatting with the hygienist. I am not comfortable with the outcome. He grinded the crown and my tooth adjacent to it. Crown was improperly placed back and made the tooth more sensitive. His hand was very heavy, I did have pain and headaches for 2 weeks and got traumatized. I will never come back here.
I give this place a 5-star review, and if I could give more, I would. Cameron at the front desk was extremely professional. We explained our situation about my mother-in-law having late-stage dementia, and Cameron was incredibly supportive and compassionate. I had my teeth cleaned. I really enjoyed the experience; they treated me kindly and politely, and I liked how everything was done so carefully.Of all the clinics I've been to, this is the best one, I recommend it.
