Jordan was my dental hygienist, and as always, he is as gentle as possible, friendly, and makes an otherwise negative experience, positive!
Dr Le Roux is single handedly the kindest and most personable dentist I have ever had. I feel included in the process, from beginning to end. He explains what's happening and why he's offering xyz as a solution, and alternatives- including consequences of inaction. All free from shame or judgment. He helps me to understand what's happening in my mouth and what I can expect moving forward. 100x over, I would recommend him to anybody looking for a dentist.
Will look for another clinic. Grumpy staff at reception, gave me wrong claim form for my benefits, cost me lots of phone calls and time to fix it. Dental assistant was so miserable during my visit , like I came to her house and was bothering her for free. Looks like staff is not happy working there. Not coming back.
Nothing but great things to say about Steinbach Dental Clinic. We came here for a second opinion for our youngest son after being quoted nearly $4,000 at Toddlers to Teens Dental for five cavities. Steinbach Dental Clinic took the time to assess everything carefully and were able to treat the cavities the normal way, without putting our son to sleep for routine dental work.
