Being a new client is uncomfortable. The receptionist is super unfriendly unless you're a regular. Fortunately, the doctors are exceptional!
The lady at the front desk made this experience awful, I was making a appointment for my husband and she kept blabbing about what other people do and projecting a bunch of stuff I for sure do not want to hear at 7:30 am in the morning! Her tone of voice was off and just not friendly. I just don’t get why some people are in customer service when they are clearly not cut out to be there.
Absolutely amazing staff, love the personal connections with staff! Usually get in to get help within days, very accommodating with your schedule.
You have got to go see Dr. Bunk. This is some top notch treatment he offers. He was very thorough with his assessment, applied acupuncture, massage, and hands-on adjustment. Very friendly, attentive and has explained and shared so much useful information on the issue, injury and treatment. I am very impressed. Thank you Dr. Bunk.
I got injury on work and was in pain , i called them because im regular customer but they said they don’t have any slot .. and ask me to come after 3 days.. why i will go there after 3 days if i need treatment today…will never go there again.. instead winnipeg is good
