Dr. Stein and his entire staff are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. The office has such a warm, close-knit atmosphere, and it's clear that they genuinely care about their patients. Recent experience my father had an appointment for a variety of dental work. They had sent multiple reminders. Arrived on time only to be told by Dr Stein he was refusing to do the work. No real explanation only guessing didn’t like the reimbursement from my father’s insurance or I fear just ageism. Instead of just calling ahead and telling us he lies to us when we get there that he didn’t know about the appointment. However he had his record and X-rays up. If you want a dentist who is empathetic and professional, Dr. Stein is probably not your man. At my last appt. he didn't give me enough anesthetic. He hit a nerve and I jumped. You wouldn't think a request for additional medication would be necessary, but he didn't even offer to give me more. When I asked him, he grumbled under his breath and gave me another shot and continued with my fillings without incident.
