I have seen Dr. Bognet for various concerns and her kindness and professionalism have always been top notch. She will never oversell on anything that is not necessary. The practice runs very smoothly and efficiently and the staff is wonderful. I would definitely recommend them for any and all cosmetic or dermatological needs.

I had a terrible experience with this place, mainly due to the people handling the scheduling. They are disorganized, unhelpful, and shockingly rude. Trying to make or adjust an appointment felt like I was bothering them, and they had zero patience or professionalism. It's frustrating when the front desk is the first impression of a business—and this one fails miserably. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they completely revamp their staff and attitude.
Waited well over an hour for my procedure. Dr. Steel is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
