Posting for a family member: had 2 in person visits with 2 different providers which went well, they were friendly and knowledgeable. Its the after care that was lacking in terms of communication and patient care. Very hard to reach a live person, when there was an issue with the pharmacy no one bothered to pick up the phone and call the pharmacy themselves instead of having the patient figure it out themselves.
