I called them at 10am and they were at my house by 12 to clean out my septic. I dealt with Michael who was very nice, cleaned up everything good, and price was very affordable. Will definitely be using them again!

After a heavy rain our septic system backed up into our basement. This happened at 9pm on a Saturday night. Our regular septic company was closed for the weekend. We tried several other companies and left messages. Then we called Steigerwald Septic and a recording gave us an emergency number. We called and spoke with Michael Steigerwald around 10pm. We love Steigerwald for all of our septic needs. We have been using them for years and it has always been a great experience. Recently we had an issue and we had someone dispatched same day. Michael was able to quickly resolve the problem. So grateful to have such quality prompt service locally.

I called Steigerwald because my other septic company was busy. I am so relieved that I called them! Both Michael and Jeffrey were phenomenal, they took their time on the job and Michael was very thorough with checking our yard and explaining what we needed for the issues that we had been having for almost two years. Called on New Year’s Day. Michael and his coworker, Jeffrey, made it to our home in about an hour and saved us from a potential huge problem. Both our tanks were completely full to the point that we were having issues in our house. My husband and I can’t express how incredibly grateful we are for the same-day service.
