We've been using Steigerwald since we moved to Chesterland almost 40 years ago. They have always been fast, efficient, clean and very helpful with our system. Their equipment is always clean, well maintained and state of the art. Michel is always very friendly, curtious and answers our questions.

Michael was super responsive, out within an hour on a Saturday morning of being called to help repair our septic system. Couldn’t have been any nicer and practical in his thinking. highly recommend.
Michael, from Steigerwald, has been very helpful for us on two separate occasions. We once had a backup on New Year's Day, and despite being very busy, he took the time to talk me through a solution until he could get to the property. Another time, we discovered a septic issue hours before hosting a large event. Michael was responsive and quickly corrected the issue and advised us on a more permanent solution. Highly recommend.
We had our septic serviced back in November costing us $1200. The associate let us know that he rewired something that was done incorrectly and looks like it will need replaced soon. 4 days later it broke and cost us $900 to fix. We had an issue with our aerator alarm going off. They came next day $185 service call. And they found a hunk of plastic on top which they removed. $220 bill. They charged my account with no bill or receipt $1,375 and when I called next morning and left a voicemail they responded only to my husbands... read more
