Michael, from Steigerwald, has been very helpful for us on two separate occasions. We once had a backup on New Year's Day, and despite being very busy, he took the time to talk me through a solution until he could get to the property. Another time, we discovered a septic issue hours before hosting a large event. Michael was responsive and quickly corrected the issue and advised us on a more permanent solution. Highly recommend.
We had our septic serviced back in November costing us $1200. The associate let us know that he rewired something that was done incorrectly and looks like it will need replaced soon. 4 days later it broke and cost us $900 to fix. We had an issue with our aerator alarm going off. They came next day $185 service call. And they found a hunk of plastic on top which they removed. $220 bill. Absolutely wonderful company! We’ve been using them for years. Kim in the office was very kind and professional when scheduling our appt. Michael arrived this morning on time (actually a little early) to clean and inspect our septic system. He texted me that he was on his way. Very nice guy who took the time to explain the process to me and what he would be doing. My husband usually handles this. I called them at 10am and they were at my house by 12 to clean out my septic. I dealt with Michael who was very nice, cleaned up everything good, and price was very affordable. Will definitely be using them again!
We love Steigerwald for all of our septic needs. We have been using them for years and it has always been a great experience. Recently we had an issue and we had someone dispatched same day. Michael was able to quickly resolve the problem. So grateful to have such quality prompt service locally.
