Steigerwald saved us from an incompetent contractor who had been (for a year!) trying to figure out why or septic system kept tripping its breaker. Michael looked at it and in 15 minutes knew the problem. 15 minutes!!!!! Others may call themselves pros and experts but Steigerwald is. We’ll never ever use anyone else again. Ever.
After an incredibly frustrating experience with our previous service provider, I’m very pleased to have contacted Steigerwald. Michael has always been the one to come pump our tank. Each visit, he eagerly answers my children’s questions, and explains the process as he goes along. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. When I call to schedule, I know I’m in good hands when Kim answers the phone. Steigerwald will always be our #1 choice.
The Steigerwald team did a fantastic job of installing over 300 feet of 6" drainage pipe through a wooded area. It was clear that they cared about doing a perfect job and not cutting any corners. Steigerwald also handles my septic pumping, and they have also done a great job with this over the years. I would strongly recommend them for any septic or sewer need... read more
