Excellent team at Steigerwald. We had a septic emergency with no good option from a service provider. Our current (now former) provider was generally terrible to deal with. Michael has always been the one to come pump our tank. Each visit, he eagerly answers my children’s questions, and explains the process as he goes along. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. When I call to schedule, I know I’m in good hands when Kim answers the phone. Steigerwald will always be our #1 choice.
Most helpful on every way. Prompt return of our phone contact, timely scheduling of the service, and then found a way to update us to an earlier service appointment. The crew arrived with a smile and made quick work of the needed service…all at a more-than-fair price.
We switched to Steigerwald several years ago because our previous septic maintenance company was impossible to get a hold of and didn't properly service our system when we did. Steigerwald has been very reliable, has worked with us to get our system back to good working order and is super easy to get in contact with. They are extremely responsive and have been a great company to work with overall.
