We switched to Steigerwald several years ago because our previous septic maintenance company was impossible to get a hold of and didn't properly service our system when we did. Steigerwald has been very reliable, has worked with us to get our system back to good working order and is super easy to get in contact with. They are extremely responsive and have been a great company to work with overall.

Excellent, Excellent Service. I had a problem with my lift station and also realized I waited too long to have our septic tanks pumped. They came out immediately, fixed the lift station problem and pumped the tanks. Very reasonable pricing, great to work with and reinforced if we ever have a problem call them immediately. I highly recommend them.

Most helpful on every way. Prompt return of our phone contact, timely scheduling of the service, and then found a way to update us to an earlier service appointment. The crew arrived with a smile and made quick work of the needed service…all at a more-than-fair price.

The service I received was top notch. Fixed a faulty connection from a float that was triggering an alarm. Then cleaned out tank and checked my grinder pumps and floats Would highly recommend. Very professional !
