I worked for steico for one month shy of 2 years; complete waist of time…DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY ITS HORRIBLE…..1st off Chris web one of the managers is a complete lire; Donna tindel who is the HR manager is a lire as well the both of them will fabricate stories and twist incidents to paint you out as someone who is breaking company policies my final straw was a write up I received on 7/8/2024 witch was dated for 7/3/2024 for an incident that happened on 6/14/2024 that didn’t even happen the way the write up was written... read more

The people running this place should be arrested. I didnt get a single pay check during the 1st 2 1/2 months i was there You know what this place pays a certified D17.1 stainless, inconel, titanium, and aluminum Tig welder??? Same as the mig welder down the street. You guys trip over dollars to save nickels. You could actually have one of the best aerospace mfg companies in the game if you would treat your employees right.
