They are the Best The other reviews from those who have excellent results with Steger's are as true as can be. Chris and his staff provide honest and dependable service at an affordable price. They do not take credit cards, but perhaps that is why they continue to be able to offer reasonably-priced services. They are always busy, and it is no wonder why--they are worth waiting for.
Been a long-time customer I first went to Steger Auto based on a recommendation, I was a single girl that had no clue about cars and had several bad experiences with other shops. Chris, the owner, is fair and honest. Nine years later when either my husbands or my car needs work we call Chris. I have recommended him to several friends and co-workers who have had the same experience.
Very honest and reputable My husband and I have a Lexus and an Infiniti. My son drives a Honda. We get terrific service at reasonable prices. Once our cars were no longer under warranty (2005 and 2006) we never have gone any place else. They were recommended to me by a car collector and I have always been impressed by their service and professionalism.
Anon Chris is the last honest mechanic around. I went to him on a recommendation. Unlike other repair shops, he won't tell you need something when you don't. I don't look forward to car repairs but knowing I will be treated fairly by Steeger, makes the experience much less painful.
