BE WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely awful. Told the sales agent that my main issue was having doors that sealed properly. After install, my front door came nowhere near sealing, and my kitchen window was delivered WITHOUT a seal. I was then made to wait a month with the door and window not sealed because it was a “warranty” issue. Clearly it was a poor installation and manufacturing issue. Really terrible product, and worse service. We paid for a solid timber front door which we had painted and installed. The door split in three places within 12 months, even though it doesn't get wet or direct sunshine. Stegbar Taren Point replaced the door but refused to cover the install. We had to have the door painted and installed again at our cost. Will never use them again! Their solution was to ignore our calls and emails. Standoffish receptionist gives you someone else's phone number to call about products. She looks at you as if you're wasting her time. No one there to try to help and make a sale. What's the point of the showroom.

After doing our research on a few companies for a stacker door - reviewed service, product quality and pricing - we decided on Stegbar. After multiple requests to call us before the door was to arrive, they did not call. Instead, they left the 3 metre door lying on the grass in the rain in the front yard. This meant the wooden reveals were ruined. To make matters worse, one of the three door panels did not arrive. We were not told about this in advance. Earleir this year my partner and I recieved a consultation with Stegbar's wardrobe specialist, Natalie. What a wardrobe wiz! Natalie understood our vision for both a practical and aesthetic wardrobe and was able to quickly draw this up. She was generous with her time and was able to provide us with a range of options to suit our budget. It was a great experience. Shout out to Natalie for being so kind and incredible at her job!!
