WARNING, WARNING - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! STEGBAR WILL DUMP YOU AS SOON AS YOU'VE PAID! One star is one too many! We had NO END OF TROUBLE getting our bi-fold glass doors. The salesman assured me all was easily achieved at a designated price. Turned out Stegbar was incapable of delivering half of what they promised, which held our build up for 3 weeks - Stegbar never paid for the hold up. Do not buy Federation double hung windows from Stegbar. The glazing bars were put too high up and too far into the window and no way were Stegbar interested in coming to look at them or fix them. Never returned calls or emails. Plenty of other places to buy good quality traditional timber windows from. Now wish we had!
Great products but dear stuff. Could use some more thought in there glass door designs. The keys hit the frame work when locking and unlocking if you use any other aftermarket.
Our shower leaks, has sharp metal edges and looks like it was pre owned. My disappointment is palpable and now, it is impossible to get beyond the barriers of 1800 phone calls, leaving messages, emailing the description of the fault. I'm close to giving up and paying a third party to install yet another new shower screen.
