Lisa was very helpful and a great resource.
I’m really disappointed how Stegbar has handled my situation and refused to take responsibility for one of their toughened glass windows in my just 2 year old home that suddenly shattered without any impact or damage. The glass failed NOT from an external hit- most likely due to a Nickel Sulphide inclusion or similar manufacturing defect. What’s even more disappointing is the poor communication and LACK of CARE. Stegbar sales staff were very helpful when I ordered my new shower screen. I needed my installation sooner than they estimated since I am selling my property. I found out if I got a cheaper one it would be done sooner. They agreed to switch, went out of their way to measure up quickly and I had my installation in time to sell my property. The installer was very friendly and efficient, arriving early after checking that suited me. The shower screen looks very nice.
Stegbar were very helpful initially. They said it could be done before Christmas. Now they are not answering my calls or returning them. I have left messages asking when my shower screen is likely to be installed over the last 2 days but they are not answering. I can accept that it may be beyond their control to get this done before Christmas but I am really angry that they are ignoring me because I really need to know when it is likely to be done. I hope that this can be sorted soon so I can change my review to a better one... read more
