Patrick Spencer & Katelyn Harrison were very helpful on the product I needed and went that step further on explaining how to change the wedge crystal on my Stegbar Shower Screen.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Stegbar. When building our home close to a main road, we made it very clear that noise reduction was a top priority and asked for the best possible solution. We were advised that “hush glass” was the best option available and were even told that you could hardly hear something as loud as a helicopter landing. Lisa was very helpful and a great resource.
I’m really disappointed how Stegbar has handled my situation and refused to take responsibility for one of their toughened glass windows in my just 2 year old home that suddenly shattered without any impact or damage. The glass failed NOT from an external hit- most likely due to a Nickel Sulphide inclusion or similar manufacturing defect. What’s even more disappointing is the poor communication and LACK of CARE.
