We moved into a new build in June 2024, and from the very beginning, we encountered issues with the windows and doors installed by this company. You guys are the worse manufacturer I have seen we have windows just installed with a lock and key you can use the key but it won’t unlock the window and the fly screens that were made don’t even fit the doors and when I rang I have to put in a job description! Come off it just come out and fix ur damm product that we paid money for
Terrible customer service. When things break they won’t help. Don’t buy from Stegbar.
Stegbar used to be a quality company. Closing Canberra and no longer servicing regional areas is a symptom of the decline.
