Had windows being delivered today and I wasn't able to get to site to take delivery personally. Pouring with rain. The Stegbar drivers carried the windows into my garage and kept them undercover for me. What fantastic service!
We moved into a new build in June 2024, and from the very beginning, we encountered issues with the windows and doors installed by this company. The external laundry room door would not lock, and upon inspection, the service technician discovered that the lock plates were missing entirely — a clear sign of careless workmanship. You guys are the worse manufacturer I have seen we have windows just installed with a lock and key you can use the key but it won’t unlock the window and the fly screens that were made don’t even fit the doors and when I rang I have to put in a job description! Come off it just come out and fix ur damm product that we paid money for
Terrible customer service. When things break they won’t help. Don’t buy from Stegbar.
