We have received our windows just in time as organised by our sales rep Alison Reid, I was very worried about an urgent window required before our kitchen installation and Stegbar pulled through and had our windows on time. A big thank you to Alison as all my calls were answered and she has been very helpful throughout. She is knowledgeable and professional. We have had previous orders with Stegbar and the quality has been very good. Thanks again Alison we will be back for our next lot of windows
Windows come damaged, and it takes forever to get them fixed, asked for aluminium fly screens but didn’t receive them, I have sent emails made phone calls to get compliance certificates however I’m still waiting. Will never use them again.
BUYER BEWARE. I wish I’d read the reviews before using this company. They take zero care or responsibility when they damage things. In my case, they smashed my bathroom tiles, tried to bodge it up, and never bother to let me know. Upon following it up, they claimed the tiles were “unusually placed around the window” — which is how tiles are normally installed in any bathroom. Had windows being delivered today and I wasn't able to get to site to take delivery personally. Pouring with rain. The Stegbar drivers carried the windows into my garage and kept them undercover for me. What fantastic service!
