Totally unreliable when it comes to committing to an install date. Do not use Stegbar if this is important to you
The worst service I have experienced in a very long time. Kept changing the date of install, then changing it again the day before. They didn't return phone calls, all there numbers would just ring out. couldn't tell me if my doors were to be installed even the night before I stallion was due. I was repeatedly told that someone will call me back but never did. Not worth the hassle at all!
Do not under any circumstances consider using Stegbar for anything requiring back-painted glass. In our instance it took them over 4 attempts to cut simple holes in the correct spots, only for their final attempt to have a poorly executed and damaged paint job. The staff or contractors they employ clearly don't have appropriate skills in basic glazing and measurement. Also their after sales service (or lack thereof) has been deceitful to say the least, with them still stalling to fix the problems the problems after 6 months.... read more
