Waited months for a warranty service, took time off work to wait for a pm service call. Technician arrived in the morning when no one at home so he didn't do the service. He would not answer my calls or return messages. Now stuck waiting for another service and will have to take more time off work! So frustrating! Quality of door and windows locks also very low.
