These people at Pooraka are thieves and liars. They have ymtaken my money and then called me a liar
Unbelievable Ordered 7 windows from Stegbar Chatswood Waited 6 weeks for the delivery but 5 out of 7 were wrong! No timber reveals - damaged - some timber reveals weren’t straight. Had those windows sitting in my house for 3 weeks before they managed to arrange pick up and had to wait another 9 weeks for the replacement windows We took them to NCAT and got back 30% of the total cost
BUY ELSEWHERE. It's hard because the sales experience was great but all falls apart in post sales. After placing 3 orders with stegbar I would recommend going somewhere else particularly for residential. POST sales is terrible leaving you fully at risk. We've only had 1 good order using a Stegbar installer when using builder they have been shockingly bad POST SALES. Told 3 times delivery is coming, you book all the trades, only not to have incomplete or no show delivery. Even if you call them the day before to confirm. Sack ... read more
