Wrong size, Wrong location. Terrible service from Gavin Stockman and the customer service team. Stegbar decided to dump my timber window on my driveway with no protection, not even elevated off the ground. Which meant it sat out in heavy rain for multiple days. To make matters worse they tried to tell me it was my fault. What makes it even more unbelievable is that they think they’re going to redeliver it to the correct address on Monday. These people at Pooraka are thieves and liars. They have ymtaken my money and then called me a liar. Update.... Stegbar did eventually correct all the problems and a representative of the company was very nice to me and apologetic. However the person responsible for the Gas Lighting behaviour was never held accountable
Hiring Stegbar to install our shower screen was a huge mistake. What should have been a simple job turned into the worst installation I’ve ever seen. The doors were fitted with the wrong hinges, leaving a half-inch gap between them. The support system was designed for thicker glass and doesn’t even attach properly to the thin glass that we received. Everything is crooked, unstable, and unfinished. NO contact. This is for Stegbar as a company. I called head office who said they would get me a callback from Chatswood but nothing. You call Chatswood and It goes to South Australia. There's plenty of other window companies.
Tim at Chatswood Stegbar has been excellent ! He helpfully explained the options available to us for our project and had great suggestions to help us decide . Certainly our experience with ordering has been great…thank you Tim !
