I needed specific Stegbar products and Brielle was very professional and helpful to me as a customer !
My daughter ordered four windows based on my previous experience with Stegbar 12 years ago. Getting information on sizing with or without reveals was impossible. We had to go to the Chatswood store to ensure we ordered the right sizing. Luckily for us, we met Brielle Purssell. Brielle explained the sizing and the ambiguities on the Shop Drawing. Zero information re a window winder length leading to ordering the wrong one. This was after it took 12 days to deliver a simple product in the city ....I can get something from the US in 2-3 days... pathetic!
Wrong size, Wrong location. Terrible service from Gavin Stockman and the customer service team. Stegbar decided to dump my timber window on my driveway with no protection, not even elevated off the ground. Which meant it sat out in heavy rain for multiple days. To make matters worse they tried to tell me it was my fault. What makes it even more unbelievable is that they think they’re going to redeliver it to the correct address on Monday. These people at Pooraka are thieves and liars. They have ymtaken my money and then called me a liar. Update.... Stegbar did eventually correct all the problems and a representative of the company was very nice to me and apologetic. However the person responsible for the Gas Lighting behaviour was never held accountable
