Requested a quotation from the online form. Received a confirmation email that the request had been received with a request number on it. After more than a week I haven't heard a thing. Just garbage service and an utter waste of time.
Requested a quote for frameless shower screen. Sales rep - my appointment was booked around my busy schedule of meetings. I called half an hour after the time he was due,. He said he was delayed and would be there in half an hour. He turned up over an hour later, so nearly 2 hrs late. His equipment didn’t work (battery not charged), & he didn’t inspire me with confidence (didn’t know door size limit). Price was good - very competitive. Great lip service while instore. Unfortunately no WIR quote after a month of follow ups.
Ordered DIY wardrobes, the quality is amazing hafele drawer slides and polytech panel really good quality delivered early. If you can DIY the quality is fantastic.
I had several windows put in and the installation was great, but they never get back to you, youl be chasing and chasing this company, it’s no wonder they get any business at all the customer service is so poor.
