Brand new house in late 2020, shower hinges corroded, door would not close and Stegbar came out. They told me they replaced the hinge in 2022. Same problem came back, contacted again trying to see if I could trouble shoot. Was basically told at least 5 times to call a "shower doctor" then told me on my records it say they never fixed my hinge, just scraped stuff off and left. I have 2 other showers with same hinges, not corroded. Worst customer service ever. Find another company.
Don't bother! rang the store for a measure and quote and no one called back been 2 weeks now
Have been trying unsuccessfully for many months to get a quote for built-ins. Have attended the Bowen Hills store twice in person to try and speak to someone since the phone number effectively takes you down a menu option that results in the call ending. I’ve been promised follow-up calls when visiting in store - never happens. I wouldn’t keep trying if I could find another company that would do this work. Excellent aftercare service from the Stegbar team on two occasions now. In both cases they supported with identifying the replacement parts and provided a quick delivery service with advice and options on how to install on our bi-fold windows. Quality product backed by quality service.
