This is by far the worst company I have ever interacted with in my whole life. They take 100% upfront, my bathroom shower screen arrived damaged after 2-3 weeks of waiting, no further updates and I’ve had to chase them, took another 2-3 weeks. I asked for a quote as there was suppose to be 30 percent off during August but it did not show on quote tried to contact the office and assistant could not advise me seems like false advertising.
Will not return calls (‘she’s been on holiday’ rubbish), will not organise to visit on-site and now will not even answer the phone. Quite simply the worst customer service imaginable.
Visited Stegbar Bowen Hills last Friday 15 Aug for wardrobe sliding door sets; met the sales lady who took the details and said she will forward the estimate the same day and confirm appointment for home measure. Still waiting to hear as at Wed 20 Aug. Have also lodged online inquiry ref: L-25212724 on Sat night; acknowledgement said someone will contact shortly; still waiting.
Requested a quotation from the online form. Received a confirmation email that the request had been received with a request number on it. After more than a week I haven't heard a thing. Just garbage service and an utter waste of time.
