Very disappointed with the viewing. Walked into the room and my mother was laying on a gurney naked wrapped in a blanket. Her hair was a rats nest and there was no attempt to make her presentable. I had to make my children wait outside because it was so bad. Will never be going back here again. I don't understand how you could think it was okay to display her like that. We had never had any issue like this before. My grandma and brother had beautiful services here, I don't understand what happened.
My entire family has worked with Matt. I recently lost my mother and I worked with Matt myself. I had the pleasure of working with Trent along the way. He is a blessing. Wouldn’t want to work with anyone else during such a difficult time.
Very professional, and very helpful guiding my family through the process during a hard time. Everything was as we expected it to be.
