Expensive, and gave incorrect diagnosis to cover up a potential problem with their original well installation. had them do a service call to diagnose why well pump wasnt working; diagnosis was the electric line had to be replaced.. what they didnt tell me, and i found myself, was that the original electrical run ohm'd out good, but ohm'd bad at the well head - which is pretty clear the problem was the splice and/or the wire Steffl installed during the well installation. good thing i had a reputable electrician who help... read more
