This review is not in regards to the Dr’s, but the staff. There are specifically 2 employees that are extremely rude and do not know “policy & procedure”, instead they say you are being difficult and tell you that you have to come in 2 days prior to your surgery for clearance. I have been in the healthcare field for years and work for HMH and I have NEVER met such incompetent people in my life.
