Sign a contract and they don’t even give you a call to possibly give you a time frame. Call month later they say “oh” um not sure we’ll call you back. No return call. Another 2 1/2 weeks later call leave message no response. I understand these contractors are all busy but no response is ridiculous! Hopefully we hear back soon or this rating gets a goose egg.

They had done a neighbor's roof and it looked good and was done in a couple of (cold) days. They came, measured and sent proposal. We were not in a hurry but within a couple of weeks, they came and put a blue metal roof on house and garage. (almost matched the painted surfaces). Did not leave mess. We were very satisfied.

Steffens Roofing Inc. put the original roof on our house 25 years ago, so we decided to go with them again. We called and Matt came within a few days to give us an estimate. Our roofing job was done efficiently and the quality of the work was excellent. We highly recommend Steffens Roofing Inc.

I am trying to use a local contractor to help our local economy, but it is very difficult when you can't get someone from the company to return a phone call.

Called to get prices on roof job didn't return our calls . I got TNT Roofing did a wonderful job
