Friendly and professional. Everything went perfectly!
Had a nose surgery with Dr Steffen for a broken nose and 16k later my nose is permanently crooked now, deeper set, and my philtrum is longer. Theres also a random piece of cartilage that sits on the right side of my nose that was just loose and settled there. My nose was completely straight before it was broken and I had surgery. They were so kind through the whole process, but it seems they’re great for just about any surgery other than for your nose. Don’t get your nose done with these guys.
I had my appointments with Rachelle Rehfeld and had nothing but great experiences! She was professional, very knowledgeable and skilled at her job, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout all of our appointments. Her schedule was super great to work with, rescheduling, if we had to, was very easy, and I would highly recommend any of the services Rachelle provides! All of the other staff in Steffen Med Spa were always pleasant to interact with when checking in and moving throughout the facility.
Dr. Steffen preformed my breast reduction surgery and I would choose him every single time ! From the get-go he was very understanding of my concerns and wants plus transparent in every single aspect from my consultation, surgery, and post op appointments. Really, top-tier provider. Since my surgery I have had no complaints nor complications, I’ve healed very well and am very happy with my results. The staff as well as Dr. Steffen are always very friendly and understanding. Would recommend to anyone and everyone !
