Our experience with Steffen Builders West was by far the best home building or remodeling experience we've had--and this was not our first build. They built a home for us in ten months, during the pandemic, in rural Colorado. It's beautiful and the punch list items were minimal. They always communicated with our architect and us when there were questions or problems, and they stayed on budget.
