Steffany is a great teacher!! Other ladies in the class were very friendly and helpful!! A wonderful new experience that I will start doing on the regular!!
it was ok. Nice clean studio and nice ladies but seemed all over the place when I went.
I love love love this class I’ve only just started like a month ago. I have fallen inlove. I feel great and my instructors are very uplifting and great coaches 💕
I absolutely love working out here. The women empowerment is a plus. This is a wonderful place to workout and network with some amazing goal crushing women. It’s definitely a place that focuses on exercising and making sure you understand the proper techniques that you will need to work out. I do all of there classes, zumba and hiphop are my favorites. I suggested this place for myself and some friends. We signed up for Pole Fitness. We were taught about 2-3 moves that took about 10mins. After that, we no longer used the pole and started a dance routine. She cut our class short and my watch said 8:41 (original hours 8-9). We just wanted to have fun and learn some pole moves, not choreography.. I don’t want to bash the instructor (owner) but she was obviously annoyed with us.
