The vets themselves are good, but the pricing is astronomical.its daylight robbery and total rip off. They insisted my dog had to have a consultation before they would issue another prescription, which consisted of being 30 minutes late, listening to his heart and asking me if he was ok. That cost £62, then they took another £31.48 for emailing a prescription...pure exploration and robbery
I am very distressed and angry by the vet who dealt with my dog. Took him in because he was scooting a lot. The vet examined him and it was an extremely painful experience for him, the nurse who was in the room at the time of the examination just stood there and never said a word of comfort, in fact she didn't even respond when I said hello to her.
