I am very distressed and angry by the vet who dealt with my dog. Took him in because he was scooting a lot. The vet examined him and it was an extremely painful experience for him, the nurse who was in the room at the time of the examination just stood there and never said a word of comfort, in fact she didn't even respond when I said hello to her. The vet said he had a lump in/or on his left anal gland. I was very upset as my last dog died of anal cancer. I told the vet this and asked for my pet to have a biopsy. She told m... read more
Reception and staff are very friendly and caring for our 2 little furbabies
Great staff and care for the animals.
Given 3 as the vets are lovely However the emergency response was less than 1. Horse could not stand, leaning against stable wall . and propped up by husband . We are 10mins from surgery and I explained I needed a vet NOW. Waited 11/2 hours for vet sent from sister practice in Cardigan. Explanation, short staffed . No excuse for this . they must have had a vet at Lampeter. Fortunately I do not think it has affected the out come and the vet who came was brilliant but the horse was in some distress.
