Rude and unprofessional.
They always service my bikes quickly and offer good riding and bike advice. I have purchased five bikes from them; all quality and good value. Jason and Randy know their stuff, take care of my bikes and do it quickly and reasonable!

Great place. Came in Steffan Saw and Bike to buy a chain for my chainsaw they did not have the one I needed but they had a reel of chain so made it for me. While Jason was making my chain Randy was there giving me tip that I did not now. Like holding the bar up and to flip the bar every now and then. They get an A++ in my book. The place where I bought my saw did not tell me
Jason was quite helpful. Fixed my bike in like 30 minutes and was very fair priced. I would highly recommend this shop. God bless you all. Jesus Christ is King. The time is now
