Interesting that Chris Williams review has that. The trust i dealt with 10 years ago would have been well with 2 trusts, but it was an older couple who married later in life and his stuff went to his fam and hers to her fam. But it was just 2 sections with his personal stuff written and the next with hers. nothing ever anywhere espressed their desire to make sure this happened. We fought with every single company they had property (stocks, etc) with to convince them. it took us, therefore, 4 years to close his part of trust.... read more

I'm usually don't leave reviews, but our experience with Steffan & Associates was so egregious, I would be remiss if I didn't share my experience with others so that they may choose another estate planner. Our mother used this service for her estate. Now that she has passed me and my siblings have called 8 times and emailed with no response.
