We hired them for a total kitchen remodeling job in 2008. We hated their service, materials and quality of work. I visited The Villas in Nocatee on January 25th and made an offer on a home. I looked over the contract and was immediately concerned over the "Optional Items" section of the contract with a cost of $67,190.00.This is a large amount of money without a clear explanation. Sales Counselor for the builder never offered an explanation for the $67,190.00. Great work! Stefan did a wonderful job on our basement. We had 2 previous contracts that went bad. Stefan came in and exceeded our expectations. His expertise helped to complete our basement but he suggested tips that took it to another level. Everyone that comes by loves it! He is a true jack of all trade and masters quite a few. When we had our bar countertop put in with another contractor Stefan recommended, it was not the best quality stone. Stefan made the contractor replace the stone with a better grade. Love my home- Had it inspected and the home passed flying colors. Would recommend to anyone. my parents also live in Lennar that helped us make our decision to purchase.. Sales person was helpful and knows her stuff and has been very helpful introducing us to the area. Highly recommend although this community is almost sold out.
