Dr Cazzaniga is a very kind and compassionate doctor. He listens and never makes you feel rushed. I also really like his nurse practitioner Nimisha Jacob.
Front desk lady is rude
Caveat Emptor - This should be a review of 2 different periods one before April 2024 and the other afterwards. Before would have been an echo of the other 5 star reviews. So what happened after? The health Insurance that 500,000 plus State of Texas employees and retirees enrolled was dropped without notice without a simple phone call without even an Email. I realize no doctors like every health Insurance but I think what can be forgotten is the end users of said health insurance. I would never interfere with a person’s right... read more

Was a patient of Dr Cazzaniga 5 years ago & before. Recently caught COVID and have developed some complications, so I scheduled an appointment online to see him. Subsequently his front desk called me to say that I was no longer considered an existing patient because 3+ years have passed since my last visit. Was told he is not accepting "new patients," and the appointment I found online has been canceled. Was told to find another PCP.
