Brought my puppy here to treat his ear infection. The staff was so amazing. Shoutout to the girl medical assistant with curly hair who helped us she was so loving towards my puppy and was so kind. The staff here knows how to make people and dogs feel comfortable and you can tell that they love what they do. The process was so easy and Dr. James DiGuiseppi explained everything and even gave me food recommendations for my pup. 10/10 experience definitely recommend.

Dr. Zelinsky is exceptional. The entire team is knowledgeable and friendly - greeting my dogs by name.
If you care about professionalism, transparency, or even basic respect as a pet owner, please read this before bringing your animal here. Let me start by saying: I love Dr. Lang. She has been nothing short of incredible, and up until now, my experiences with her and the vet techs have been positive. The real issue and the reason I will have to switch practices is the front desk staff and the lead technician, Danielle or Daniela who called me back for more information and wouldn't let me speak and made condescending comments ... read more
