My cat had her first appointment on October 5th for a check-up and full lab work (Superchem, CBC, T4, and Ova & Parasite). When we returned on October 23rd just for her vaccines, the clinic repeated the exact same tests without informing me, without my written approval or signature, and without reviewing her medical history. To this day, I have never received any of the lab results — not from the first visit nor the second one. Routine visit
Okay care, but lost my pets blood work 2 times. Absolutely unacceptable and I feel I cannot trust them.VERY disappointed.
We love Animal General. All of the staff is friendly and caring. They take great care of our cats! Dr. Z is great! They all take time to explain what is going on. I recommend them to my friends.
Dr. Lang, her assistants, and the front desk, are wonderful! Dr Lang is helping me manage diabetes for my sweet boy cat Shadow. She listens and calmly explains everything thoroughly. The Vet techs are gentle and friendly. Highly recommend!!
