I just moved to the area. Bullard was very close to my house and had great reviews. The reviews are true they are very hospitable and my dog Marvel was very comfortable. She barked at first but when they took her for testing she returned and was not even shaking or timid. They communicate very well by text and were very timely. We were able to get a years worth of medication.
My dog was a patient of Bullard for a few years - we had to put her down due to age. Had an appointment for this but they were 1 hour behind and made us wait in the lobby with our dog suffering and us going through this emotional experience. Was one of the worst days in my life and Bullard made it worse. Any pet owner would gladly say hey squeeze them in before me to let them go through this in peace. I had an emergency with my youngest Papillon.. Bloody diarrhea & nausea, dehydration. They took me as a walk in even though I had an appt later in the day.. Dr Fisher was amazing. Contacted me on the phone several times.. Got the labs done and referred her immediately to ER vet.. she was spot on with HGE diagnosis, and the best treatment plan. Also very honest about potential costs.. I have used this group since 1990 and Dr Bullard was still there. Outstanding group with kind & caring people. HIGHLY recommended❤️
