Stef is a natural at what she does! I have been doing acupuncture off and on for 12 years and she sets the bar high. I have noticed a huge difference in my fine lines and wrinkles on my forehead. My skin texture is much smoother and I’m not having my monthly breakouts anymore! I feel very refreshed, energized and grounded after each session and look forward to the next session! She is a gem!
