Had a terrible experience with my child here. Doctor is not patient with child and does not even try to make a child comfortable at the appointment. Just tells parent to hold child down and gets upset when young child is crying and scared of the tools being used. Doctor also rushes the appointment and doesn't take time to address any concerns. Also staff at front desk are not helpful and the different office locations do not communicate well.
Out of nowhere, I started getting really bad earaches - and I didn’t know what to do. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Bhayani and said he helped her when she was experiencing something like what I was going through. I knew right away that going to Dr. Bhayani was the right decision. He took the time to understand what I needed, and I could feel his compassion was genuine. Dr. Bhayani has been a tremendous help in my battle against sleep apnea. The first two courses of action didn’t work well, but the third seems to be promising. Regardless, I know I’m in good hands as long as Dr. Bhayani is involved.
As a business owner, I know how important the customer experience is. Every time I go to the New York Institute of Otolaryngology, I’m treated like priority #1, and this is never lost on me. Dr. Bhayani is a spectacular ENT. He’s good at what he does, funny, and never pushy. Honestly, most of the appointment is spent chatting about life, sports, and current events, which I don’t mind at all. The rest of the staff is delightful too. Happy to recommend!
