I am very fortunate having been referred to Dr. Mlot after experiencing a lump in my throat and finding out I had a tumor in one of my salivary glands via ultra sound. I was able to get a first appointment with him within a few days notice as a new patient. He performed a biopsy right away, and was very thorough with explaining the next steps of tumor and gland removal via surgery which made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Mlot was personable and engaged from the moment he entered the exam room. He knew why I was there, had looked at my records and looked at me when he spoke. We had a meaning discussion about his exam, his assessment and recommendations. It is so refreshing and reassuring to have this kind of doctor/patient encounter. I feel confident having Dr. Mlot as part of my medical team.
Dr Mlot is very attentive and real
I was referred to Doctor Mlot for Inspire surgery. He scheduled the pre-certification test in a very timely manner and told me I was a candidate. His office was exceptionally responsive, and I was able to get the surgery done within about two months of me first meeting him. His background is impressive, and the surgery was performed flawlessly. The incisions were sewn up with care so there should be minimal scarring. More importantly, during the one week follow up he answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him.
