First office was giving the 70s show and appt felt rushed. I went to this Dr because of positive FB reviews after losing 130lb for excess skin. I was very surprised to have a negative experience. This Dr wasn’t personable at all and wouldn’t even examine me because my weight was too high. Even being fully clothed with a jacket on, he could tell that the body measurement wouldn’t be in range that insurance co would require so I didn’t qualify for surgery so an exam wasn’t necessary. I went for a breast reduction consultation and left his office feeling DISRESPECTED and discouraged. The doctor had ZERO bed-side manor. He didn't acknowledge anything I told him and when I asked questions he was very vague - I had to pry to get a real response to anything. I felt like the consultation was an inconvenience to him. I found him to be very disrespectful too. At one point I had to remove the paper "shirt" and he snatched it, ripping it. While Dr. Chevalier was a professional and had good bedside manner, something else could be said of the staff that works in the billing department. The procedure itself took something in the neighborhood of 15 minutes but cost myself and in the insurance company what would be a new car. Excellent, caring doctor
This office is very rude and obnoxious. They need more staff so patients don't have to deal with the 2 irresponsible girls up front. They speak to you condescendingly no matter how kind you are and they forget to do things for you and never give you a call back! They are very immature and if you want the doctor to know what is going on you better make an appointment because they will push your buttons since they are not afraid to argue and bicker with patients. I do not recommend them!

Dr. Chevalier is very caring and does his best to make sure his patient are happy. Unfortunately, due to insurance not always approving procedures due to medical necessity patient's sometimes direct their frustration at the office staff.
the staff was ver irresponsible and mean. They always gave me a hard time and had never ending sarcasm. i hated my experience at thid office.

This was the best decision I made in choosing Dr. Chevalier. He did a wonderful job with my surgery. He was also professional, courteous and super friendly. A real A CLASS Dr.
My experience was nothing but pleasant. I had breast reduction surgery 3 years ago and I was more than pleased. I recently got a breast sonogram and the technician couldn't help but comment on how clean my under skin scar tissue looked from what she could see. She even asked where I got the surgery and I gave him RAVE REVIEWS. Highly recommend him
