The one star is for harold Sr. In the service dept. I thank Harold jr, and the gm Ed, and everyone else. This was the 4th place I had my car towed to. The first 3 nightmares tried to take advantage of me as they thought I knew nothing of auto repair. I'm not a mechanic, but I grew up with my dad, who was and owned his own shop. I initially called to see if they would take my car as the engine was apart from the last place. He refused to put it together.
