Owner cussed me out over the phone when I told him the new product does not match the old one. Also missing a drain plug on rad pipe which was requested. Refuses to answer the phone. Also refused to give me my original pipe back. Sharing my personal experience/opinion.
Good guys
Bad customer service , the owner is so rude and should learn to interact with people in more professional manner.
