I needed a steering box for a 1995 International. I called and they told me to bring the old to check if they had it and if not they would rebuild mine... I told them I had to drive 2 hours up from thd keys I needed to make sure so as not to waste a trip. I got there and they rebuilt my old one while I had lunch and still made it back home at a reasonable time. With 1 year warrantee. Now that's service
