I have used them for several years now - I had 1 issue during the above mentioned time frame and it was corrected SWIFTLY. I continue to use them and they have provided the same service and quick turn around time as in the past.
Here at Steering-Barnett Hydraulics has had some issues within the past year or two, So we had to get rid of the person who was causing the issues. We now have a new team out here .As of November 2013 we have no gears coming back and the turn around time is same day or next day max. We do apologize for all / any inconvenience that has been made in the past.
